We plan and run private Cabo trips end to end: the villa, the yacht day, the private chef, the table that was fully booked — and we stay on the ground with you from arrival to departure.
Six years in Baja means we know which villas live up to the photos, which vendors are worth the money, and which tables are worth the call. For years, every client arrived by introduction — we grew on word of mouth because we handle the parts of a trip that quietly go wrong, before you ever see them. You send your dates; we take it from there.

You book at direct rates. We're paid by the fleet, not by you.
Because our partners pay us, you charter at the same rate you'd get going direct — with no markup and no middleman premium. Often better, once our relationships put upgrades and priority dates on the table.

Inquiry
You send your dates, your group, and the occasion. Free — no deposit, no obligation. We reply personally within one business day.

Discovery
A short questionnaire and a focused call to align on the shape of the trip, the budget, the pace, and the non-negotiables.

Curation
The $500 planning deposit reserves your place and begins the work. Within five business days you receive a tailored plan — with the reasoning behind each recommendation. It applies toward your concierge fee.
04
On the ground
A local point of contact for the length of the trip, reachable 7am–11pm, handling reservation shifts, transport changes, and day-of requests in real time.

About
The Baja Concierge began the way the best of these do — with one traveler, then a referral, then another.
Founder Jess Eymann built the desk on the ground in Los Cabos, under the parent brand JAE Luxury Travel. For years, every client arrived by introduction. The portfolio of homes, captains, chefs, and relationships grew because the work was good and people talked — not because of advertising.
That origin still shapes how we operate: selectively, discreetly, and entirely on the client's side. We don't take every trip. We take the ones we can deliver exceptionally, and we hold each one through a single point of contact from first inquiry to final departure.
